Keep Child Rear Facing Longer
The American Academy of Pediatrics now recommends parents keep their children rear facing until they reach their second birthday, or they reach the maximum height or weight for their seat. The Convertible allows a child to sit rear facing up to 45 lbs., as long as the child's head is at least 1" below the headrest edge. (Please note: Only the lower seven positions can be used in rear-facing mode.)
- Reversible: Can be used rear facing for children 5 to 45 lbs. and forward facing for children 22 to 65 lbs.
- SIP: Side Impact Protection protects child's head, neck, and spine. Easily adjusted to 10 different height positions, even with child in seat. (Please note: Only the lower seven positions can be used in rear-facing mode.)
- Kinetic Pods: Kinetic pods help move forces away from your baby in case of side collision
- EPP + EPS: Energy-absorbing foam, Expanded Polystyrene, in shell. Expanded Polypropylene in the head protects child's body from impact forces.
- ARB: The Anti-rebound bar protects baby by minimizing forces and reducing rotation in case of front or rear collision. The ARB is integrated and stowable.
- ARB Spacer: The Anti-rebound bar spacer allows for extended rear-facing use by increasing your child's leg room by 2 inches / 5cm.
- Energy Management System: Absorbs crash energy with parts designed to bend during a collision, deflecting energy from the child's body. A contoured steel back plate minimizes flexing and reduces forward movement upon impact.
- Quick-Release, 5 point (non-rethread) harness: Made with a "cobblestone" webbing of extra-strong polyester thread; equipped with shoulder pads and chest clip.
- Top Tether Hook: Increases stability in forward facing mode and limits forward movement.
- Easy Tight Latch: Easy tight latch system offers ease of use and installation.
- Tri-Stage Cushion: System is included for comfort and support of a newborn's neck and bottom. As you child grows, cushions can be sequentially removed to keep baby always properly positioned.

"Outstanding support and a seamless process!"
Great experience with Asurion insurance through Amazon. I wasn't sure how to register my items for the monthly plan, but the customer support team in the chat was incredibly efficient and guided me through the entire paperwork process smoothly. Furthermore, the service I received at the repair shop (Break Fix) was excellent. Received giftcard money to replace my plan-protected malfunctioning motherboard
I've been subscribing to the Asurion protection plan for a while. Recently, an Asus Prime PC motherboard I had bought a few months ago on Amazon stopped working well. I ended up considering filing a claim with Asurion to see if they would either fix/replace it or issue the purchase price money, so I could buy the failed electronics replacement component again for my custom-built PC. I went to the protection plan's website and started the claim filing process but couldn't find the category my failed component would be under in order to select it from the drop-down list. I ended up messaging the live customer service. The chat messaging was somewhat slow, the agent told me they were experiencing some communication delays throughout their systems. Ultimately, the agent was very kind and understanding, and completed the claim filing process for me on her side by asking me to provide the necessary info such as the item's product name, date of purchase, price before taxes, etc. I received a printable UPS shipping label in the email, printed it, and returned the item in the mail. Approximately 2 days later, I received an Amazon giftcard code in the email with the dollar amount equal to the item's price before the sales tax. Then I redeemed the giftcard code on the Amazon page and proceeded to apply the giftcard money to my next purchase of a replacement Asus prime motherboard, and it all worked out successfully. Therefore, I had no issues with the protection plan service and recommend it to others.

Fast and easy but I dont trust the process to be fully automated.
The process was very smooth and fairly quick. The only challenge I had was that the CLAIM status showed complete but I had to manually go look up the status. There was no email or notification it was closed. After manually checking the status, I called customer support and they said since I called in, they would process the payout. I wonder if I didnt call in if they would have processed it? Also, the phone rep said they would issue me a amazon egift card but then the next day I received a email saying they mailed out the payout. Very poor communication but so far the process was easy and fast.

Excellent Warranty Coverage – Fast, Fair, and Hassle-Free
I purchased the ASURION 3-Year Portable Electronic Accident Protection Plan ($500–$599.99) for an Android 13 8.8” touchscreen stereo installed in my BMW (CCC system). After about two years of normal use, the Android stereo stopped working completely.
I filed a claim through Asurion’s website, and the process was straightforward. Initially, Asurion asked me to remove the unit and prepare it for return, advising that they would email me a prepaid shipping label. I de-installed the stereo from my car and packed it up as instructed.
After two days passed without receiving the shipping label, I was about to follow up—when I received an email notifying me that Asurion had issued a full refund of $459.00. I did not have to ship the unit back.
That level of service exceeded my expectations. The claim was handled quickly, communication was clear, and the resolution was fair and hassle-free.
I purchase an Asurion protection plan with every high-dollar item I buy on Amazon. I’ve had to file a three claims over the years, and each time the experience has reinforced that this coverage is well worth the cost. When something fails outside the manufacturer’s warranty, it’s a relief knowing Asurion stands behind the product.
Highly recommended for expensive electronics.

PROTECTION WITH ABSOLUTE EMPATHY & RESPECT
Had an issue with a product I purchased over a year ago along with an Asurion protection plan. Thank God I chose this extended plan. I was waiting for a return ticket you get it repaired and Asurion sent me a full refund. I am so grateful for Asurion and I encourage everyone to get these plans and get the added protection on products NOT made as they once were. We as buyers are terribly taken advantage of with the garbage sent to us that we pay very very high costs of. Asurion has NEVER failed me and the customer service reps are extraordinary and kind and very very respectful.
