It was too good to be true
Color: Tan
I spoke too soon. Like with every Timex, this one was faulty, too. When the seconds hand reaches the 12 o'clock position (indicating the start of a new minute), the minutes hand should align precisely with a minute marker. That's how it should be. However, in the case of this particular watch, the minutes hand consistently lags behind, meaning it does not align correctly with the minute marker when the seconds hand hits the 12. No matter how precisely I align the minute hand when resetting the time, the minute hand eventually misaligns.
Timex, I give up.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: "Wow. After receiving 3 faulty, shoddily built Timex watches in a row, color me impressed. This looks good, feels good, and operates well. This is a great cheap alternative to the Khaki Field watch, IMO. The case is made of steel, not brass like many Timex watches. The glass is mineral, but here's something many watch enthusiasts don't tell you—mineral glass is more impact-resistant than sapphire crystal. Since you want a field watch to have more impact-resistant features, I'm okay with mineral glass. And here's the final bonus... the second hand actually hits all the markers. This may not be your experience, but with the one I got, it's hitting the marks perfectly.
A lot of collectors obsess over specifications way too much. For me, as long as the watch functions properly, aesthetics and design are most important. And this watch has it. In person, this watch just looks really, really good. And for the price I got it at, it checks off the spec sheet too.
Now, let's see how it holds up over time."

Too small
Color: Tan
I have small wrists and this was too small even for me. It also seems a bit cheap compared to my other Timex and Casio.

A Clean, Modern Dress Shirt That Instantly Upgrades Your Style
The J.VER Men’s Banded Collar Dress Shirt is one of those rare finds that looks and feels far more expensive than it is. From the moment you take it out of the packaging, the quality of the fabric and the precision of the stitching stand out. The material has a smooth, refined hand to it—lightweight but substantial enough to hold its shape, with a clean drape that gives the shirt a polished, tailored appearance.
The mandarin collar is the real star. It adds a modern, confident look without feeling flashy, and the cut works equally well under a blazer or on its own. Fit-wise, the shirt strikes an ideal balance. It contours the torso without being restrictive, offering room in the shoulders and sleeves while maintaining a streamlined silhouette. The stitching is tight and consistent, and the seams lie flat—details usually seen on shirts costing several times more.
In daily wear, the fabric holds up well. It resists wrinkling better than expected and maintains its structure throughout a full day of movement. The one drawback is that to keep it looking crisp and new, dry cleaning is recommended. It’s not mandatory, but it does help maintain the shirt’s sharpness and color over the long term.
This shirt shines in versatility. It works for business settings, evening events, casual dinners, and even travel—especially for anyone who prefers a clean, minimal look over a traditional collar. Compared to designer mandarin-collar shirts, which can easily run triple the price, the J.VER version delivers similar style and quality without the premium cost.
Pros
• High-quality fabric with a smooth, tailored drape
• Modern mandarin collar elevates the look
• Excellent stitching and construction
• Versatile for work, events, and casual wear
• Exceptional value compared to high-end brands
Cons
• Dry cleaning keeps it looking its best
If you want a shirt that looks sharp, fits well, and offers a modern style at a price that feels like a steal, the J.VER Banded Collar Dress Shirt is an excellent choice that consistently outperforms expectations.

Fabric is wonderful - and so's everything else!
Size: Medium, Color: White
First off - amazing fabric. It's really flexible and - well, expands as needed - with a really great feel to it. Light fabric, which is just perfect; I'm the conductor of a symphony orchestra, and often like to wear this in white or black with a mandarin-collar jacket. Look is great, comfort is terrific. The sizing is spot-on and I hesitate to say that the price is ALSO excellent...just in case they see my review and conclude that they're charging too little for a really great shirt! Currently, I've purchased two each in white and black for professional use, but will probably get a few more in other colors for casual wear. A-OK!
