Features:
- Unique, deeply split leaves: The "flame" is in the foliage! Each leaf boasts dramatic splits and fenestrations, creating a mesmerizing, flame-like effect.
- Lush, vibrant green foliage: The deep green color of the leaves adds a sense of vibrancy and life to any room.
- Easy care: This Monstera is surprisingly low-maintenance, making it a great choice for both beginner and experienced plant parents.
- Air-purifying: Like other Monstera varieties, the Burle Marx Flame helps to purify the air in your home, creating a healthier and more refreshing environment.
Care Instructions:
- Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light. Avoid harsh, direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.
- Water: Allow the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings. Ensure proper drainage to prevent soggy soil, which can lead to root rot.
- Temperature: Prefers warm temperatures between 18-27°C (65-80°F). Avoid cold drafts or sudden temperature fluctuations.
- Humidity: Enjoys moderate to high humidity levels. Consider using a humidifier or placing the plant on a pebble tray with water to increase humidity.
- Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix that provides good aeration for the roots.
- Maintenance: Gently wipe leaves with a damp cloth to remove dust and maintain their vibrant shine. Prune any yellowing or damaged leaves as needed.
Note: As the plant matures, expect to see even more dramatic fenestrations develop, adding to its unique beauty.
Bring the vibrant energy of the tropics into your home with the Monstera Burle Marx Flame. It's a plant that will spark joy, inspire awe, and ignite your love for the natural world.
