A Reliable Office Essential That Keeps Our Body Shop Running Smoothly
Size: 10 Reams | 5000 Sheets, Style: Letter (8.5x11)
In a busy auto body shop, we print a lot of paperwork every single day. Between repair estimates, insurance documents, invoices, work orders, and customer paperwork, having a dependable supply of printer paper is a necessity. Amazon Basics Multipurpose Copy Printer Paper has become one of those products that we always make sure to keep in stock.
The quality has been excellent for our everyday office needs. It feeds through our printers smoothly, produces clean, sharp documents, and we haven't experienced the jams or inconsistent performance that can sometimes come with lower-quality paper. Whether we're printing simple forms or detailed estimates, it gets the job done.
Another reason we continue to purchase it is the value. Running a business means paying attention to operating costs, and this paper offers a great balance between affordability and quality. We go through a large volume of paper, so being able to save money without sacrificing performance is a huge advantage.
I also appreciate the convenience of ordering it through Amazon. Instead of making extra trips to the office supply store, we can have it delivered directly to the shop and know that we'll always have enough on hand when we need it.
Overall, this has become our go-to copy paper for our business. It's dependable, high quality, and priced competitively. For any busy office, repair shop, or business that prints a large amount of paperwork, I think this is an excellent choice. We will definitely continue to purchase it and keep it stocked in our office.

Great paper good price
Size: 3 Reams | 1500 Sheets, Style: Letter (8.5x11)
This is a solid everyday paper option that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.
The packaging was good—everything arrived in perfect condition with no bent corners or damaged reams. It’s nice not having to deal with warped paper right out of the box.
Printing quality has been consistent. I’ve used it for both home and work printing, and it feeds smoothly through the printer without jams. The brightness is good too—text comes out clear and sharp, and colors look decent for standard copy paper.
Overall, it’s reliable, good quality paper at a fair price. I’d definitely buy it again.

Nice daily use paper for ink jet printers. A good white rating too. OK for occasional color
Size: 1 Ream | 500 Sheets, Style: Letter (8.5x11)
Very good paper for daily use on ink jet printers. Good price, fast deliver, and packaged well. It even works well for color printing but not what you want for high quality glossy color prints.

Reliable everyday printer paper, no jams and clean prints
Size: 1 Ream | 500 Sheets, Style: Letter (8.5x11)
Standard printer paper that just works. Feeds consistently without jamming across multiple printers I use it in. The brightness level is good and text prints crisp and clear. The 500 sheet ream is a reasonable size to keep on hand. Nothing fancy to say here, it is just reliable paper at a fair price. Amazon Basics has been consistently good for these kinds of commodity items.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly option for everyday printing, this is a solid choice.
Size: 1 Ream | 500 Sheets, Style: Letter (8.5x11)
Let's be honest, reviewing copy paper isn't exactly thrilling. But,et's be honest, reviewing copy paper isn't exactly thrilling. But, if you're buying paper, you expect it to, well, work like paper. And in that regard, the Amazon Basics Multipurpose Copy Paper delivers. It works as paper should.
That's really the core of it. This paper is functional. It's the kind of paper you buy when you need a lot of it without breaking the bank. Here's a quick breakdown:
Pros:
Affordable: This is the biggest selling point. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option for everyday printing, this is a solid choice.
Good for High-Volume Printing: Because of its affordability, it's great for those situations where you're churning out documents and don't want to worry about the cost per page.
Works in Most Printers: I've used it in inkjet and laser printers without any major issues. It's generally reliable in terms of feeding and printing.
Acceptable Brightness: It's not the brightest white paper on the market, but it's acceptable for most general-purpose printing.
Cons:
Not Premium Quality: Don't expect a luxurious feel or exceptionally crisp print quality. It's not designed for high-resolution photos or important presentations.
Can Be a Little Thin: Compared to more expensive paper, it can feel a bit thinner. This might lead to slight show-through if you're printing heavily on both sides.
Packaging Can Sometimes Be Damaged: While not always the case, some users have reported damaged packaging upon delivery. This hasn't affected the paper itself in my experience, but it's something to be aware of.
Overall:
The Amazon Basics Multipurpose Copy Paper is a reliable and affordable option for everyday printing needs. It's not fancy, but it gets the job done. If you're looking for premium quality, look elsewhere. But if you just need a lot of paper, that works as paper should, and at a good price, this is a worthwhile choice.
